What we collect
- Account details: your name, phone number, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Payments: M-Pesa or crypto transaction references, amounts and dates. We never see your M-Pesa PIN or card details.
- Activity: your trades, bot settings, payouts, partner program activity and support messages.
- Technical data: a hashed version of your IP address, device type and the times you sign in, used for security and to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
- To run your account, open funded accounts and pay your payouts.
- To keep the platform secure, detect fraud and multiple accounts, and meet legal duties.
- To send you notifications and emails about your account. You can turn emails off in Settings.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with: payment providers (M-Pesa / payment gateway, Binance when you pay with crypto), our hosting and email providers, and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep account and payment records for as long as your account is open and for the period required by law afterwards (usually up to 7 years for financial records). You can ask us to delete data we no longer need.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by contacting [support email]. We will reply within 30 days.
Cookies
TradeVision uses one essential session cookie to keep you signed in, and stores your display preferences (such as light or dark mode) on your device. If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics may set its own cookies.
